Vindaloo Curry Paste
Ingredients
2 tbl Grated fresh grated ginger.
4 Cloves garlic (chopped)
4 Fresh chopped chillies
1 tbl Ground Coriander
1 tbl Cumin seed
2 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Ground Cardamom
4 Cloves
6 Peppercorns
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
Cooking Instructions
1) Place all ingredients in food processor and blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
2) Store refrigerated in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
3) may freeze for up to 2 months.
4) Use as directed in Curry recipes.
