Coconut Syrup
Ingredients

The perfect match for our sticky rice or banana pancakes

Yield:
1&1/2 cups

Time:
15 minutes

Ingredients
1 can Coconut Milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar, firmly packed

Cooking Instructions

1 In a medium saucepan, mix coconut milk with sugar. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

2 Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently until reduced to 1 & 1/2 cups of syrup (about 10 to 15 minutes).

3 Cool to lukewarm and serve, or refrigerate for later. Coconut syrup will keep in refrigerator for one week.
