Thai Food Baked Peanut Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
This is a great alternative to oven fried fish
Yield:
4 Servings
2 lbs ( 900 g ) fish fillets
1 packet Peanut Sauce Mix
Cooking Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 375�F (190�C).
2 Coat fish with Peanut Sauce Mix.
3 Place in pan and sprinkle any leftover
Peanut Sauce Mix over top of fish.
4 Bake until fish is cooked through, about
20 minutes, depending on thickness of
fish.
